Information and accessibility
Carer tickets
Please purchase an adult festival admission ticket. On the day, present your Access Card at the main festival entrance desk so that it can be validated and a carer wristband issued.
From May 2027, an Access Card will be required to qualify for a carer ticket. Add the approved Access Card information and order link here.
Access across the site
The site is generally flat and manageable for wheelchair users and visitors using crutches or walking sticks. Most workshops and events are accessible; however, some activities, such as woodland walks, may be unsuitable. The Woodlands Pagoda is reached by a short walk along a bumpy woodland path, so please allow extra time.
Facilities
Accessible toilets are available at the Boathouse and the Main Centre. Accessible showers are available at the Boathouse.
Workshops
Wheelchair users are welcome at workshops. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival so that a suitable seating area can be arranged.
Please note: workshop places for carers are not subsidised and must be paid for.
Parking
Accessible parking is available within the main parking field. Show your Blue Badge to a steward on arrival and they will direct you to the designated area.
Assistance dogs and other dogs
Dogs are welcome on site provided they are kept on a lead, supervised by a responsible owner and any waste is cleared away promptly.
First aid
First aiders are available throughout the event and are based beside the food area. If you have a complex health need that the team should be aware of, please speak to First Aid on arrival.
