Following the resounding success of last years workshop, we are delighted that Sarah will be returning to this years festivals with her therapeutic drumming circle. Sarah is a heart-led drum circle facilitator who creates safe, welcoming spaces where people can relax, connect and feel free to be their authentic selves. Although she’s been on a spiritual journey for much of her life, Sarah discovered a deeper sense of purpose when she first picked up a drum in 2023 — and since then, the drum has become a powerful part of the spaces she holds. She has been holding space for a monthly Sacred Women’s Healing Group since 2024, building a growing community, and facilitating mixed drumming circles. Sarah’s daily drumming has helped her mental health improve immensely; connecting with the beat of the drum can gently move us out of the busy thinking mind and into a more meditative, grounded state, helping us feel connected — both to the rhythm and to the people in the circle with us.
