A FESTIVAL FOR PAGANS & WITCHES

A Festival for Pagans and Witches - Accessibility

Carer Tickets

For May 2026 tickets, you will need to send an image of your Blue Badge to tickets@afestivalforpagansandwitches.co.uk. When this has been done, order your main ticket from the website as usual, but in the special instructions add Blue Badge Sent. This way when the wristbands are being added to your file, we can match up your request with the email and add a complimentary carer admission ticket.

Click the Image to the left to request a Carer ticket and submit your Blue Badge Image.

We will also be accepting Access Cards as well, and from May 2026 this will be the only way to add a carer ticket to your order.

Access Cards can be ordered from the following link and are accepted by many organizations and it is a very quick process.

Access Across the Site

For wheelchairs and those on crutches/walking sticks, the site is quite flat and easy going. This gives you access to many workshops and events, however, some workshops, like the woodland walk may be unsuitable. If you are looking to attend a workshop/talk in the Woodlands Pagoda, please allow extra time to get there as it is a short walk into the woodlands on a bumpy path.

Facilities

There are accessible toilets at The Boathouse and also the Main Centre and also accessible showers at The Boathouse also.

Workshops

Attending workshops in your wheelchair won't be a problem, just let a member of staff know on your arrival and we will find an area for you to sit.

Please Note: We are unable to subsidise workshop spaces for carers and these will need to be paid for.

Parking

Disabled parking is in the main parking field only, if you show your Blue Badge to one of the stewards on arrival, they will direct you to the disabled parking area.

Assistance Dogs

All dogs are welcome on site, as long as they come with a well behaved owner and are kept on a leash at all times and any mess is cleared up and disposed of ASAP.

First Aid

We do have first aiders on site at all times, situated at the side of the food area. If you have any complicated issues, please register these with First Aid on arrival to make them aware.
